Procedures for newly admitted studentsAfter the appearance of the result of the coordination of the students of secondary school in the two divisions to the Department of Student Affairs College and with the nomination card to nominate him to the College.
- The receipt of the net statements from the main coordination office.

- Checking the net sheets of student nomination cards.

Students are welcomed by the Department of Student Affairs and are asked to bring the following papers:
- Copy of the nomination card that represents the candidate for the college.

- The origin of the high school certificate (statement of success) and the receipt of the coordination office.

- Bring a statement of grades in the event of the loss of the certificate of high school in addition to an official record to do so.

- The birth certificate of the computer.

- Number (6) six personal picture of the student.

- Certificate of athletic excellence (sports incentive) in the case of the student get a sports incentive.

- Form (2) recruited from the recruitment area (exclusively for males).

- The student withdraws a sheet of paper from the dedicated box and completes the application.

- Medical examination of the student.

- The student will submit the file after completing the data and submitting the previous documents and attach the result of the medical examination of the network allocated to obtain a payment authorization of the prescribed tuition fees after reviewing the file submitted by the student.

- The student heads to the college treasury to pay the prescribed fees.

- The employee responsible for the administration of student affairs will receive the file from the student with the full documents and attach the receipt to pay the prescribed tuition fees and issue a site receipt stating that he has received the student file.

For students wishing to join the Language Division:
After the appearance of the result of the coordination of the students of secondary school in the two divisions to the Department of Student Affairs in the college with the nomination card to nominate him to the College Language Division.
- The student will complete the application form for the Language Division accompanied by a copy of the secondary school form (both sides) and a copy of the nomination card.

- The employee concerned shall receive the sub-file consisting of (secondary photo of the two sides + registration application of the Languages ​​Division completed + copy of the nomination card - and a copy of the receipt of payment of the submission fees for the Language Division).

- Internal coordination is carried out between the students who apply for admission to the Language Division and the names of accepted students and rejected students.

 

2 - Procedures for payment of tuition fees at the College:

 

1/2 For Egyptian students:

The student goes to the bar of the restricted department in the Department of Student Affairs to obtain a payment permit for the amount of the student's tuition fees.
The student shall go to the college treasury to pay the specified value by permission and obtain a receipt for payment.
The student shall go to the box office of the Student Affairs Department to register the student's payment details in the student's register, which means that he will pay the fees prescribed for him.
International students have special procedures.
